My journey began on Wednesday when I woke up and realized my alarm didn’t go off and I had missed my train up to Sydney to get my flight. Luckily they put me on the flight the next day at the same time, which ended up not mattering because I got an extra day when they canceled my return flight. The next day I caught a 3:30 am train, up to a tram up to the airport. I got to Perth pretty early in the morning and hopped in a cab over to Matt’s apartment at Curtin University. Once he got out of class we went straight to the Wicked van place to grab our van and head down to Margaret River. Once they found our van and everything was set, we started our drive down to Margaret River, got there pretty late, and found a random parking lot to pass out in. From there we woke up early the next day and went up to Gracetown to get some good waves. Check back in a day for those photos…
